Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") set forth the conditions for using this application (hereinafter referred to as "Service"). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 1 (Service Features)

  • The Service provides a temporary communication function where the Tower Caster broadcasts Runes and viewers tune in to view them.
  • The Service does not save, manage, monitor, or restore Rune content on the server.
  • Runes automatically fade at the deletion time set by the Caster. The deletion time can be set from 1 minute to any future date and time. The fading timing may be earlier depending on the number of viewers.
  • The Service does not have any mechanism for the operator to view, retain, or confirm Rune content.

Article 2 (Conditions of Use)

  • Only the Caster who built the Tower can broadcast Runes.
  • Rune content is created and broadcast under the Caster's own responsibility, and the operator assumes no responsibility.
  • The Service uses encryption and P2P communication, and Rune content is not sent to the operator's side.

Article 3 (Fading of Runes)

Runes automatically fade when any of the following conditions are met:

  1. The deletion time set by the Caster is reached
  2. The number of viewers, including the Caster, becomes 1 or less
  3. The "forced deletion time" set by the Caster at the time of broadcasting is reached

Article 4 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not engage in the following acts when using the Service:

  • Acts violating laws, ordinances, or public order and morals
  • Acts defaming others
  • Posting personal information
  • Posting inappropriate information regarding children
  • Posting suggesting or encouraging criminal acts
  • Acts interfering with the normal operation of the system

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

  • Since the Service does not save post content, the operator cannot respond to requests for deletion or log provision.
  • The operator assumes no responsibility for any damages related to post content, viewing, or disappearance timing.
  • Disputes arising from post content shall be resolved between the parties concerned, and the operator shall not be involved.

Article 6 (Change/Suspension of Service)

The operator may change or suspend all or part of the Service without notice.

Article 7 (Governing Law)

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.
